Dental Implants & Restorations
This restoration option consists of a titanium base which is placed in the bone beneath your gums, acting as a replacement for the root. This base provides a stable foundation for a replacement crown, bridge, or set of dentures. Once the base is set into the jaw, it fuses to the bone. This helps it become part of your mouth and helps your replacement tooth feel natural.
This process can take several months to complete and to be a candidate for the procedure, you must have sufficient jaw structure. There are many benefits to receiving dental implants, including restoring your ability to eat the foods you like, maintaining facial and bone structure, and improve strength and function to your smile.
Like traditional metal braces, clear braces are used to straighten and realign teeth. These types of dental braces are made out of clear, materials, which makes them less noticeable than metal braces. This is a popular treatment option for older patients, but we are proud to serve patients of all ages.
Our practice provides ClearCorrect clear braces. This system uses clear aligner systems to help straighten teeth. These aligners are removable, clear, and custom-made, and work by moving teeth a little bit at a time. The treatment time for ClearCorrect varies from patient to patient, but typically lasts for 1 to 2 years. For more information about this system, please contact our office at (773) 731-3300 or visit the ClearCorrect website.
